Zhengzhou, Henan — On August 4th, CIMC Vehicles Shandong Co., Ltd, Henan Dahe Siji Cold Chain Logistics Co., Ltd., and Carrier Transicold China officially executed a strategic cooperation agreement to advance zero-carbon cold chain transportation.

By leveraging their respective strengths across vehicle OEM manufacturing, cold chain fleet operations, and advanced transport refrigeration technologies, the three partners will joint-develop hydrogen-powered cold chain logistics solutions tailored for new energy operational scenarios. Under the agreement, the alliance plans to co-deploy no fewer than 3,000 hydrogen-powered cold chain vehicles by the end of 2029, with Phase 1 targeting the commercial operation of at least 1,000 units.
This strategic initiative represents a major milestone in cross-industry value chain collaboration. The tripartite alliance will explore highly efficient, intelligent, and low-carbon cold chain operational models, bringing fresh momentum into the development of new-energy cold chain logistics.
