HydoTech is announcing its Series B+ funding round, with Aramco Ventures increasing its investment, strategic participation from Conch Capital, and Orient Renaissance Capital also participating.

The participation of Aramco Ventures and Conch further reinforces HydoTech's position in the global scale-up of cost-competitive green hydrogen and green fuel solutions. It also reflects continued confidence in HydoTech's technology, project delivery capability and commercial execution.
HydoTech has built integrated capabilities across hydrogen production, system integration, green fuels, industrial decarbonisation and zero-carbon power solutions. The company has supported green hydrogen production at around USD 2/kg under project conditions and has delivered more than 700MW across over 20 benchmark projects in China, Europe, the Middle East, South America and Africa.
The company has also established GW-level manufacturing capacity, international certifications and engineering standards to support large-scale global deployment. HydoTech has worked with leading energy and industrial partners including Shell, TotalEnergies, Sinopec, Goldwind and Conch Cement.
This round follows continued support from both strategic and financial investors. Aramco Ventures has identified HydoTech as an anchor project in its hydrogen portfolio. Conch Capital's strategic participation further strengthens HydoTech's role in supporting the low-carbon transformation of energy-intensive industries. Previously, Sinopec Capital invested in HydoTech for two consecutive rounds.
Global demand for low-carbon energy is accelerating across green fuels, industrial decarbonisation and zero-carbon power. In green fuels, HydoTech is involved in the world's largest green methanol project, supporting scalable low-carbon fuel supply for the shipping industry. In industrial decarbonisation, the company has supported Asia's first green hydrogen-cement decarbonisation project and is working with petrochemical and coal chemical partners on fuel substitution and emissions reduction. In zero-carbon power, HydoTech has delivered Europe's largest PV-hydrogen energy storage project in Italy.
Looking ahead, HydoTech will continue working with global partners across energy, industry and infrastructure to promote sustainable hydrogen development and accelerate the global energy transition.
