Nickel-aluminum alloy powder is an alloy powder material composed of two metal elements, nickel and aluminum. Aluminum and other trace elements are added to metal nickel, which is melted and crushed to make multi-component alloy powder. Nickel-based alloy powder mainly includes Ni-B-Si, Ni-Cr-B-Si, Ni-Cr-B-Si-P, Ni-Cr-B-Si-Cu-Mo, Ni-Cr-B-Si-W, Ni-Cr and other series, which not only has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. Moreover, it has excellent resistance to low stress abrasive wear and adhesive wear below 600℃. This kind of powder is widely used, mainly aerobic acetylene flame spray welding, supersonic flame spraying, plasma surfacing, plasma spraying, laser cladding, sensory remelting, centrifugal casting, 3D printing and powder metallurgy.


Cobalt base alloy is in cobalt chromium alloy into the appropriate amount of tungsten, molybdenum, carbon and other elements, tungsten, molybdenum addition to further strengthen the cobalt matrix solid solution. The solubility of carbon in cobalt is very small, so the added carbon and excess tungsten, molybdenum form WC, W2C, M6C and other carbides, these hard phases are dispersed in the cobalt matrix, resulting in precipitation strengthening, so that this kind of alloy at 900℃ high temperature, still can maintain excellent strength and hardness. Therefore, cobalt, chromium, tungsten, molybdenum, carbon alloys have excellent high temperature wear resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue and other comprehensive properties.


Iron-based self-fluxable alloy is made of fe-carbon alloy with a certain amount of chromium, boron, silicon and other elements, usually used in mechanical parts with wear resistance and weak acid corrosion medium below 500℃, although the comprehensive performance of iron-based alloy powder is not as good as nickel-based and cobalt-based powder alloy, but its advantage is a wide range of raw materials and cheap price, which is a major advantage of its popular application.
