AEM alkaline membrane
The AEM alkaline film developed by Eweil Hydrogen Energy has high ionic conductivity, high mechanical strength and high chemical stability, and can be applied to water electrolyzers, alkaline fuel cells, CO2 reduction and other fields. At the same time, the company is the only scientific and creative company in China that integrates the research and development, mass production and sales of anion exchange membrane (AEM), and now has the continuous production capacity of anion exchange membrane roll-to-roll, has achieved the preparation of anion exchange membrane with a width of 600mm, and the annual production capacity has reached 5000 square meters (homogeneous membrane), and has launched the product W-25 (homogeneous membrane, homogeneous membrane). Thickness 25±2 μm, universal type) and W-75 (homogeneous film, thickness 75±5 μm, mainly developed for hydrogen production by electrolytic water). AEM hydrogen cell
The new AEM electrolytic cell independently developed by Yiwei Hydrogen Energy uses the company's most advanced AEM electrolytic hydrogen production special diaphragm products. Compared with traditional alkaline electrolytic cell products, the latest AEM hydrogen production cell has the advantages of high efficiency, small size, large current density, high hydrogen purity and fast wave response, which can be widely used in industrial production, energy storage and other fields. The product has been launched for V1.0 1kW electrolytic cell (power coverage: 0.5-1kW) and V2.0 10kW electrolyzer (power coverage: 1-10kW). In addition, Yiwei Hydrogen Energy is expected to launch a 100-kilowatt AEM electrolyzer by the end of 2023, further expanding Yiwei Hydrogen Energy's technological leadership in AEM electrolyzers.
Fuel cell stack
The new PEM fuel cell stack independently developed by Yiwei Hydrogen Energy has the advantages of high efficiency, long life, high reliability and strong environmental adaptability. Has launched 80 kW fuel cell reactor (EFC80) and 150 kW fuel cell reactor (EFC150) products, volume power density up to 4.0kW /L, reactor efficiency up to 57%, can be customized design and development according to customer needs, can be used in stationary power generation and other fields, annual capacity can achieve 1000 sets/year, And passed the ISO9001:2015 certification. In addition, AeW Hydrogen is expected to launch 200 kW and 400 kW PEM fuel cell reactors in 2024, which will further expand its technological leadership in PEM fuel cell reactors.
