The C100 fuel cell single-cell test system is designed to provide a high-precision and high-stability test platform for fuel cell single-cell and related materials testing. The test objects include proton exchange membrane, catalyst, binder, slurry formulation, diffusion layer and formulation screening, coating formulation, plate structure design verification, full battery test, life test, dynamic condition test, etc. The electrochemical tests that can be realized include IV test (sweep current, sweep voltage), CV test, LSV test and EIS. The hardware of this system is composed of desktop host + accessory integrated module, the host is composed of gas flow control module, humidification module, gas heating module, back pressure module and some valves and sensors, and the accessory integrated module is composed of load, computer, electrochemical module, and integrated by software and algorithm. The E500 was developed to provide an accurate and reliable test platform for a single cell of PEM/ALK/AEM electrolyzers. The operating pressure of the system is up to 2barg. It is composed of circulation system, nitrogen purging unit, pressure regulating unit, gas-water separation unit, gas analysis and pretreatment unit, PLC acquisition and control unit, man-machine operation unit and safety monitoring unit. The system test software independently developed by the company is adopted. It can meet the polarization curve, electrochemical test, online test of hydrogen concentration in oxygen, sensitivity test, durability test, hydrogen production energy consumption efficiency, hydrogen production quality test and product life test of PEM/ALK/AEM electrolysis cell.
